The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations held a hearing titled, “Oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.” The discussion focused on the 340B drug pricing program’s impact on patients, the health care system, and potential reforms.

Children's Hospital Association submitted a statement expressing our strong support for the program as well as our concerns about the 340B ACCESS Act and urged the committee to work with provider stakeholders to further enhance the effectiveness and integrity of the program.
