About This Event
Join the Children’s Hospital Association (CHA) and three leading children’s hospitals as they share experiences with the Caring Contacts suicide intervention.
Caring Contacts are periodic brief messages that offer hope and support for at-risk youth.
The webinar will highlight unique approaches from:
- Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago: Discover current research on Caring Contacts text messages delivered during the year following an emergency visit.
- Children's Nebraska: Learn from their implementation guide on mailing Caring Contacts and how they have automated tracking outcomes.
- Nationwide Children’s Hospital: Explore strategies for launching automated text-based Caring Contacts and considerations for engaging youth through digital platforms.
This is the inaugural webinar of the Preventing Youth Suicide Peer Learning Exchange, a new CHA resource that will provide valuable webinars, articles, and resources to all members.
